Nathalie Pons Roussel (Arenys de Mar, 1972) has a degree in the Humanities and is a primary school and infants' teacher. She has also taught French in the Open University of Catalonia.

She has published several stories and novels for children and young people, for example La Laia i el vent (Laia and the Wind – Casals, 2007), La porta misteriosa (The Mysterious Door – Edicions del Pirata, 2009) and La Ratolina al circ (Miss Mouse Goes to the Circus – Lynx, 2010). She has also written several articles for specialist reviews in the sphere of education.

She loves writing. Her books brim with adventure, offering lots of fun in their reading and transmitting the lively enthusiasm of their author.

She is a member of Associació d'Escriptors en Llengua Catalana (Association of Catalan Language Writers).
