Salvador Macip (Blanes, 1970) is a doctor, researcher and writer who has been working in the field of oncological research since 1998. He spent almost ten years in New York and is presently living on Leicester, United Kingdom with his wife and son. He has published novels, stories, reportage and children's books.

He is a member of the Association of Catalan Language Writers (AELC).
