Joaquim Brustenga i Etxauri (1951) is a writer, visual poet, and lawyer from Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana.

He has published the book of visual poems, Veure o mirar (2008), and his work appears in several anthologies published in Catalonia, France, and Argentine. He has also participated in some forty collective exhibitions in Catalonia, Spain, France, Italy, and Andorra. 

He has published poetry (Versos impertinents, 2018), short stories for adults (Roba estesa, 2015, and Fer safareig, 2018), and novels (L’ombra del capità, 2019, Deu minuts, 2021, La comtessa russa, 2022, and La persecució, 2023). He has also written for more than fifty years for a fixed section of the magazine Ronçana and, occasionally, with opinion pieces for the newspaper El 9 Nou. He also used to write for the magazine Vallès which is now no longer published.
